It happens.  We get so busy doing what we do, we forget.  We don’t see what first time visitors see when they lay eyes on our website.

I’ve outlined 12 easy website updates for you to consider in the video below.  Some of these website updates are pretty easy while others may give you pause because they will require some serious thought, time to implement or they may require some professional assistance.

If you do need professional assistance, please, please, please do not hire the first stranger who knocks on your door who says they do websites.  I can’t begin to share all of the horror stories I’ve heard from small business owners who did just that only to find their website held hostage because the stranger left town, was on drugs, couldn’t do the work, but wouldn’t turn it over to the owner or anyone else who could do the work.

Hire a pro or train yourself to use WordPress, which is easy and gives you all the flexibility and functionality you need to have a compelling website.
